The month of October is dedicated to Holy Rosary, St.Alphonsa Forane Church Kankanady, scheduled 10 days Holy Rosary from 17th October 2019 to 26th October 2019. Like every year, each day has been assigned to different ward's, timings are as follows:

Note : Saturday's Holy Rosary starts at 05:00 PM, On Sunday's at 04:30 PM and rest of the days by 05:30 PM
John Paul II called the Rosary his favourite prayer, in which we meditate with Mary upon the mysteries which she as a mother meditated on in her heart (Lk. 2:19) (Observatory Romano, 44; 30 Oct. 1979).
In this month of October, let us consider this beautiful prayer of the Rosary as a means that we too can use in order to draw closer to Jesus and Mary by meditating on the great mysteries of our salvation.
